OnePlus 5 expected hardware
Display: The OnePlus 5 is said to come with a 5.5-inch fullHD display with the same Optic AMOLED technology as seen in the OnePlus 3T.
Design: The OnePlus will have a design that is much smaller, thinner and lighter than the OnePlus 3T with antenna lines on the top and bottom curving their way across the side much like the iPhone 7. The front will be all glass and the back panel will be made of metal.
Processor: The OnePlus 5 is expected to come with Qualcomme’s latest flagship processor – the Snapdragon 835. This will make it only the thir phone in India to come with this processor after the HTC U11 and the Sony Xperia XZ Premium.
RAM: The OnePlus 5 is rumoured to come in two variants – one with 6GB of RAM and one with a whopping 8 GB of RAM.
Internal storage: The OnePlus 5 is expected to come with either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage depending on the configuration.
Battery: The OnePlus 5 is rumoured to feature a 3,000mAh battery with Dash Charge support.
Rear camera(s): The OnePlus 5 is confirmed to come with a dual camera setup at the back with a 16MP primary lens with an aperture of f/1.7 and a 20MP telephoto lens with an aperture of f/2.6. Both cameras will have sensors made by Sony.
Extras: The OnePlus 5 is expected to come with a ceramic coated fingerprint sensor
